Focus on Zero Retention

• The Varia VS3 electric coffee grinder uses a slanted geometry with a sharp angle of 76.5°. This geometry allows for ideal zero-retention conditions and a better workflow when adding coffee to the hopper, adjusting the grind, and accessing the dosing cup at 180°.
• No purging is necessary when grinding different coffees, with retention less than 0.1 g per 10 g dose.

Precise Stepless Grind Adjustments

• The Varia VS3 features stepless adjustment. The hopper can be rotated in the desired direction. As a result of the stepless assembly, the Varia VS3 can achieve virtually infinite ground coffee particle sizes, giving you full freedom to experiment with your beverages.
• Each rotation of the hopper represents a 10-micron (0.01 mm) relative vertical movement of the burrs.

Advanced User Experience
