General Terms and Conditions

General Terms for Using the Online Store of ZАRA TRADE 08 Ltd.

General Provisions
1.1. These general terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms") regulate the rights and obligations of the parties in the sale of goods through the online store of ZАRA TRADE 08 Ltd. (hereinafter "Supplier").

1.2. By using the Supplier's website and services, the Client (hereinafter "Client") confirms that they accept and agree to these Terms.

Description of Goods and Services
2.1. The Supplier offers a wide range of coffee and instant products on the online store, with information regarding their price, availability, expiration date, and special features.

2.2. All goods offered in the online store are original and certified.

Ordering Goods
3.1. The Client can place an order through the online form on the website by filling in the required information.

3.2. After successfully submitting the order, the Client will receive a confirmation via email.

3.3. The Supplier reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of stock shortage or technical error. In such cases, the Client will be notified immediately.

Prices and Payment
4.1. The prices of the goods are displayed in euro and include VAT.

4.2. Payment methods:

Cash on delivery
Payment via bank transfer
4.3. In case of price changes after the order has been placed, the Supplier will notify the Client, who in this case reserves the right to cancel the order.

Delivery of Goods
5.1. Delivery of goods will be made within 2 to 5 working days after the order is confirmed.

5.2. The delivery will be made to the address provided by the Client through a courier service.

5.3. Delivery costs are borne by the Client and are visible when placing the order.

Right of Withdrawal and Return of Goods
6.1. The Client has the right to cancel the order within 14 days after receiving the goods.

6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must notify the Supplier via the provided email or phone.

6.3. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, without signs of use or damage.

6.4. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Client unless the goods are defective.

Protection of Personal Data
7.1. The Supplier is committed to protecting the personal data of Clients in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

7.2. The personal data provided by the Client will be used solely for the purposes of processing the order and carrying out the delivery.

Liability
8.1. The Supplier is not responsible for delays in deliveries caused by circumstances beyond its control.

8.2. The Supplier is not responsible for damages caused by incorrect information provided by the Client.

Final Provisions
9.1. These general terms may be amended by the Supplier. All changes will take effect after they are published on the website.

9.2. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved by the competent court in Bulgaria.

9.3. These Terms are drafted in accordance with Bulgarian legislation.
